Specifications :-
  • Multiple Stages takes place in single reactor -:
  • 1.FILLING- SBR Tank is filled with the influent wastewater, mixing with biomass .
  • 2. REACTION- Air is added at this stage to the tank to for utilization of biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) and ammonia nitrogen.
  • 3 SETTLING- Aeration is stopped and the sludge settles leaving clear, treated effluent above the sludge blanket.
  • 4 DECANT- Processed effluent is removed from the tank through the decanter, without disturbing the settled sludge.
